Position Summary

The Manager, Business Support at Sam’s Club plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, supporting field HR priorities, and leading strategic projects that enhance business performance. This role combines data-driven decision-making, quality improvement, and cross-functional leadership to deliver impactful results across the organization. By minimizing operational variances and resolving workflow challenges, you’ll help improve performance and member satisfaction. Your ability to communicate best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and drive accountability will be essential to your success.

What You'll Do:

Drive Operational Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement programs, streamline workflows, and reduce inconsistencies to enhance performance and member satisfaction.Support Business & HR Objectives: Partner with field HR and business leaders to align operational strategies with organizational goals.Support Talent & Recruiting Efforts: Partner with stakeholders to support recruiting initiatives, national hiring campaigns, and workforce planning strategies.Deliver Actionable Insights: Analyze business metrics, identify trends, and create reports that inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.Foster Growth & Learning: Promote a culture of belonging and continuous development by mentoring peers, training others on new tools and processes, and encouraging adaptability and a growth mindset across teams.

Must Have:

Ability to travel to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies and reporting.Familiarity with leveraging artificial intelligence or machine learning tools to enhance decision-making, automate processes, or improve business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
