Manager, Business Operations
**About the Role** Fleet partners are entrepreneurs who manage their own fleet of vehicles and drivers. They partner with Uber and play a major role in supporting our supply growth in the majority of India markets. This is a key piece in our strategy to help catalyze Uber's growth in the region. This is a unique opportunity, with a focus on building, managing, and scaling fleets for the Uber platform in the region. We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and highly-organized individual to lead fleet partners in the region, focusing on running BAU ops, creating & optimising processes and operations for EVs with fleet partners & other internal and external stakeholders to accelerate EV adoption in the India business. **What the Candidate Will Do** 1. Manage vehicle addition & deployment targets, drive high-quality performance to maximize the benefit of fleets to the platform. 2. Continue to find efficiencies in fleet ops (higher completion rates, increased asset utilization, find lower opex cost opportunities) & set-up processes to maintain top-notch vehicle & driver quality. 3. Cultivate a highly successful and engaged KAM team through hands-on coaching and building a deep understanding of the fleet business. 4. Prepare & Lead Weekly Business reviews and Governance with Fleet Owners & internal business reviews with Uber Leadership. 5. Skillfully manage multiple projects while embracing the fast pace of our company & collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, category, BD ) to unlock required solutions. **What the Candidate Will Need** 1. 3-4 years of experience in vendor management, account management, operations, or consulting experience in the Indian market (including experience working for technology/ telecommunications/ FMCG/transportation-related industries). 2. Experience leading cross-functional (internal & external) stakeholders in order to execute high-impact projects. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organisations. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills & Exceptional written &verbal communication, and organisational skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and ambiguous environment.
