Armanino’s Business Management group is expanding its entertainment team with a Manager-level professional to oversee high-profile clients in the music space, with a focus on touring. This role involves direct oversight of client finances—including tour accounting, personal and loan-out companies, and general business management—with a strong emphasis on delivering concierge-level service to artists and their teams.

Job Responsibilities  

Manage all aspects of financial operations for music clients, including personal and loan-out entities.

Supervise and review tour budgets, show settlements, per diems, tour-related expenses, and post-tour reconciliations.

Oversee royalty reporting and income tracking in coordination with the royalty team.

Direct client communication and relationship management.

Approve invoices, monitor cash balances, and manage cash flow for complex multi-entity clients.

Review payroll and coordinate with third-party payroll providers for touring and crew.

Prepare and review monthly financial reports, tax packages, and 1099 filings.

Supervise bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple accounts and entities.

Collaborate with tax professionals, legal teams, insurance brokers, and investment advisors.

Provide support on special projects such as real estate purchases, investment subscriptions, and credit applications.

Lead and mentor team members, providing training, feedback, and guidance.

Support client onboarding and business development activities.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

7–8 years of business management or entertainment industry experience required, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Strong working knowledge of tour accounting, artist management, and multi-entity reporting

Proficiency with AgilLink, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Bill.com

Experience managing complex, high-net-worth entertainment clients

Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications 

  CPA or CFP

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $85,400 - $106,400. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $85,400 - $106,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
