What is the opportunity?

Are you excited by the opportunity to develop relationships with investor relations and enterprise performance management professionals and other CFO Group teams including senior leaders? Your primary focus will be to support day to day operations of the Investor Relations, Enterprise & Productivity Performance Management and Funds Transfer Pricing COE & Corporate Support Performance Management functions by working closely with the Director, Business Management to build and produce reports, provide cost/benefit analysis, and assist with ad hoc reporting for senior management.

What will you do?

Operation Management

Lead the creation, administration and management of a consolidated calendar or business planning toolkit for the CFO and senior executivesManage planning and operations (from logistical planning to liaising with presenters for agenda items to ensuring presentation materials are complete and accurate) of quarterly townhalls and similar eventsRequired to liaise with various vendors and internal resources (Procurement, Market Data, IT etc.) Provide coordinator support including but not limited to: 1) Ensuring accurate and up to date CFO OC (operating committee) forward agenda; 2) Managing SharePoint site(s) as required (including maintenance of distribution/invitee lists)  

Financial Planning & Budgeting

Support inquiries (including cost/benefit tracking and analysis in MS Excel) related to budgeting and forecasting deliverables for the group

Risk & Compliance

Identifying strengths and weaknesses of existing internal processes, methods and tools. Presenting findings and recommendations to business risk ownersProvide support to senior leaders on operational risk and audit-related inquiriesAssist in third-party risk assessment of the vendors

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

An undergraduate degree with a focus on Business or Finance or Accounting and 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with experience creating executive-level presentations and reportsExperience in handling confidential or sensitive information with discretionAbility to manage high-visibility projects or programs with superior attention to detail, demonstrating effective and efficient calendar managementProficient in communicating to an audience of senior leaders and demonstrating professional and timely communicationsProven consultancy, process improvement, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an ability to partner cross functionally and globallyEnthusiastic about delivering meaningful engagement experiences and networking opportunities
