Your New Role:
The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications, and great data and analytics skills. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing BI semantic layers and BI cubes. He or she will also be responsible for introducing new BI solutions or features that can improve business value.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Engineering processes: The ability to ensure that engineering processes are followed, and product quality is maintained
Communication skills: The ability to communicate technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
Analytical and reporting skills: The ability to analyze and report on information
Technical knowledge: Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and construction processes, as well as engineering principles and best practices for BI semantic layers and PowerBI cubes
Continuous Improvement: Define processes and standards to increase the quality and reduce the time of the deliverables.
Problem-solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems
Stakeholder management: Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Maintain a strong understanding of the business function.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
8+ years proven experience in Business Intelligence and data modelling.
Strong data and analysis skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Business savvy, specifically in the media & and entertainment industry
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Advance knowledge in BI tools (Tableau and PowerBI)
Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
