Your New Role **:** The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications , and great data and analytics skills. Th is role will be responsible for defining and implementing BI semantic layers and BI cubes . He or she will also be responsible for introducing new BI solutions or features that can improve business value. Your Role Accountabilities: + **Engineering processes** : The ability to ensure that engineering processes are followed, and product quality is maintained + **Communication skills** : The ability to communicate technical information clearly, both orally and in writing + **Analytical and reporting skills:** The ability to analyze and report on information + **Technical knowledge** : Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and construction processes, as well as engineering principles and best practices for BI semantic layers and P owerBI cubes + **Continuous Improvement:** Define processes and standards to increase the quality and reduce the time of the deliverables. + **Problem-solving** : The ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems + **Stakeholder management** : Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders . Maintain a strong understanding of the business function . Qualifications & Experiences: + Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field. + 8+ years p roven experience in Business Intelligence and data modelling . + Strong data and analysis skills . + Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. + Business savvy , specifically in the media & and entertainment industry + Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. + Advance knowledge in BI tools (Tableau and PowerBI ) + Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape. + Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams. + Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly . + Public speaking and presentation skills. + ​ ​ Fluent in ​ ​ English ​ . **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
