Manager, Business Development
Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and support partnership opportunities that align with Topgolf’s business goals and brand filtersLead the growth of Swing Suite partnerships, a key focus area for this role, while supporting broader strategic partnership effortsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners through research, outreach, and relationship developmentCreate and deliver compelling partner proposals, collaborating with internal teams to shape assets and activations that meet partner objectivesAssist in negotiating and closing partnership agreements that contribute to revenue and brand impactSupport the execution and fulfillment of partnership assets by coordinating with internal teams and partnersTrack performance of partnerships and contribute to reporting and analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, legal, and strategy to ensure alignment and seamless executionStay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity to inform new opportunitiesContribute to the development of new partnership concepts and commercial inventory that enhance the player experience

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements5+ years of experience driving business development or partnerships across sports, entertainment, and commercial venuesExperience supporting or closing multi-faceted brand partnerships and working across internal stakeholdersStrong project management, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with partnership sales tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)Comfortable presenting to both internal stakeholders and external partnersTeam-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and innovationBachelor's degree required
