**Role Purpose**
To manage the end-to-end management of the brand standards process, ensuring consistency and compliance across the business. This includes supporting the waiver process and driving ad hoc brand standards initiatives to uphold and enhance brand integrity.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Supports the co-ordination and planning of the regional standards development process and yearly Publication, including regional process governance, working closely with Global and Regional cross-functional teams.
+ Support the Brand, Operations, Corporate Responsibility, Legal, Design & Engineering, IT and HR teams to gather input into the development of Global and EMEAA Brand Standards, including training them for systems usage and support on internal and external socialization.
+ Responsible for the facilitation of the Standards Management process approval stage-gates (including the internal Approvals from Operations, Legal, Quality leads) Regional Standards Committee), ensuring that new/revised brand standards follow the governance process, aligned with company’s Hotel Ready & Hotel Budget guidance processes.
+ Support the regional standards review, planning, development and implementation for New Brands with brand stakeholders
+ Support the improvement of systems and processes across Brand Standards in close collaboration with Global System/BRR teams. Support communication cascade to key stakeholders following changes to Brand Standards.
+ Support Hotel Ready & Quality processes in EMEAA in ensuring consistency across the business
+ Manage the hotel submission for standards waivers / alternative arrangement process end to end.
**Key Skills & Experiences**
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
**Experience:**
+ 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate environment.
+ Previous international company experience.
+ Demonstrable experience in working with and across stakeholders from multiple disciplines.
**Required Skills:**
+ Self-starter with high drive for results, strong problem-solving skills required
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects across regions and functions, with follow-through and attention to detail
+ Strong communications and presentation skills
+ Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data, and formulate recommendations.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
+ Experience in platforms such as Smartsheet and Salesforce.
+ Language skills (beneficial) and cultural awareness (essential) for effective multi-country communications
