Your New Role…
The Manager, Brand integration is responsible for working closely with the SVP, Brand Strategy & Marketing to support the day-to-day operations of Warner Bros. Television Group brand strategy and brand Integration projects, while leveraging the IP cross scripted and animation IP.
The position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that seamlessly integrate products into various media channels. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand visibility and alignment with marketing goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and negotiating product placement opportunities, managing relationships with media partners, and analyzing the effectiveness of integration campaigns.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Supports the SVP, Brand Strategy & Marketing to clearly communicate brand goals, positioning, and strategy to all constituents serving as the central hub for internal and external partners to ensure all communications adhere to brand voice and strategy and identify opportunities to increase exposure. Crafts marketing campaign plan presentations and partner pitch decks, including the ability to independently craft a creative presentation narrative. Acts as point of contact with external agencies and partners, leading communication and providing strategic/creative feedback while managing brand approvals.Manages and supports SVP, Brand Strategy & Marketing for in-show and out of show brand and product placement. Responsibilities will include stakeholder signoffs and coordination between studio, network, client/brand, production execution and delivery. Works directly with Producers and Production to determine brand/product placement categories and identifies potential partnership opportunities. Continues follow through on any placement-based partnerships to ensure requirements are met by all parties (i.e. studio, network, producers, legal/clearances, current and BA). Reads scripts and reviews clearance lists from production to identify new opportunities. Reviews dailies to ensure appropriate usage/integration and identify new opportunitiesSupports the SVP of Brand Strategy & Marketing through planning, development, and execution of comprehensive multiplatform marketing plans for all Warner Bros. Television group, scripted and animation, domestically and internationally. Works collaboratively with various internal departments (publicity/production/legal/creative/publicity/social media/global franchise/consumer products) in overseeing strategy implementation and executing all aspects of the campaign, including partnering with production and creative teams on development and delivery of campaign assets.Facilitates and fosters partner relationships with other Warner Bros. divisions to ensure incremental opportunities for partners, additional exposure for WBTV IP and additional business for other divisions (i.e., WBD Global Franchise, WBD Consumer production, etc.) while leveraging the IP across all synergy channelsCreates and distributes brand integration reports for physical production and marketing executives. Reviews all brand deal points with SVP, Business Affairs, Legal and Clearances to ensure overall deal sign-off prior to network agreement and production sign-off. Works with legal and business affairs to ensure proper documentation and clearances agreements are in place for each project.Acts as on set WBTV brand integration representative for day of production shoots in order to manage the communication between, network, brand and client to productionPerforms other job-related duties or special projects as required.Qualifications & Experience…
Work Experience
5+ years of experience working with entertainment studios, brands, networks and/or production executives with brands in show and out of show requiredExperience working with Business Affairs, Legal and Clearances within entertainment field preferredStrong experience working knowledge of production preferredAccount/Client Services preferredEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business or a related fieldKnowledge/Skills

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $143,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
