About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the marketing efforts for Single Premium, Regular Premium, Credit Life, and SME EB products with our partner bank. This role involves implementing and monitoring progress against targets, taking necessary actions to ensure goals are met. The successful candidate will coach and support sales staff and the branch network to enhance performance. Additionally, they will assist the Regional Head in driving productivity and activity management initiatives, as well as in overall sales reporting and conducting sales review meetings for the region.Job Responsibilities:

Credit LifeRegular PremiumSME EB & OthersDrive FE banca productivity, FE UT penetration rate, and Vitality attachment in the region.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with partner bank’s branch managers.Continuously review Bancassurance performance and develop strategies to achieve branch targets.Servicing Support:
Provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and effectively.Conduct Training and Sales Coaching:
Conduct training and coaching sessions:Scheduled Rookie FE coaching and training sessions.Monthly engagement and reinforcement with FE(UT).Regular coaching and joint field work with FE(B), FE-UT, and new IS.Performance Management:
Oversee region’s overall Consumer, Commercial Credit Life HPDTA, and SME performance.Prepare monthly reports for Branch Managers to discuss performance and action plans.Conduct quarterly meetings with SMEs to update on products, campaigns, claims, and address issues.Ensure branch product champions refer EB appointments and attend appointments with corporate clients to present SME EB.Reporting and Review:
Assist Regional Head in preparing daily and weekly reports.Conduct Sales Review meetings.Personal Development:

Educational Background:
Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving productivity.Language Skills:
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.Skills and Competencies:
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partner banks and internal teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor progress against targets and develop effective strategies.Ability to conduct training and coaching sessions, with experience in mentoring sales staff.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, including reporting, performance management, and servicing support.Personal Attributes:
