The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX (ES) Procurement & Program Services is a centralized supply chain service organization that provides procurement, master data management, and purchase order transaction automation services to internal customers across RTX. The success of Enterprise Services gives RTX a competitive edge by allowing us to better meet the demands of our customers through increased efficiency, affordability and productivity.
ES Procurement & Program Services is seeking a high performing candidate to join the Technology and Transformation team within the ES Operations and Business Services group. The Technology and Transformation team provides leadership in purchase order automation solution identification/implementation, process standardization, execution, and management across all business system platforms including SAP AutoPO, WebBuyer/SRM, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Process Management (BPM) automation. This role entails close collaboration with team members and stakeholders internal and external to ES Procurement in order to implement strategies to increase transaction automation. Key stakeholders include ES Technology, Compliance, ES Procurement, and Technology and Transformation team members.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the following:
Lead the strategy, development, standardization, and execution of all Ariba Catalog processes and services for RTX.Lead the strategy, development, standardization, and execution of overall transaction automation objectives and long-range goals of the organization.Lead the establishment/maintenance of transaction automation operating policies and procedures.Lead establishing and administering functional projects.Provide subject matter expertise for transaction automation solutions.Collaborate with procurement/supplier agile teams to prioritize enhancements.Ad hoc support as required.Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. Degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Buyer, Subcontract Manager, Material Program Manager, Business Process Management (Supply Chain Operations), Material Planner, or in purchase order automation.At least one year of experience working with SAP ECC (PRISM/APEX), SRM, and Ariba order automation.Qualifications We Prefer
Strong communication, meeting facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with change management activities along with strong presentation skills and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time.Working knowledge of Universal Commodity Codes and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).Flexibility to travel to RTX sites as required.RTX CORE Apprentice or higher. Ability to achieve CORE Champion within 1 year of employment.What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
