Job Title: Manager, Audience Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Cloud and Audience Operations Manager to lead the design, governance, and delivery of audience strategy across our marketing ecosystem. This role will serve as a bridge between data engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and privacy-compliant audience activation powered by Salesforce Data Cloud (or equivalent CDP).
The ideal candidate brings strong operational experience in CDP platforms (preferably Data Cloud), audience management workflows, and data integrations, with a sharp eye for process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate campaign requirements into scalable audience logic and segments
Manage end-to-end audience lifecycle: segmentation, suppression, lookalikes, retargeting in CDPs such as Data Cloud
Align audience definitions with campaign goals and personalization strategies
Own data model configuration, harmonization, and ingestion pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud
Manage real-time identity resolution across data sources (CRM, web, offline)
Define activation flows to platforms like SFMC, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
Act as key point of contact between Marketing Ops, Analytics, Martech, and Data Engineering
Lead intake and prioritization process for audience/data requests
Enforce audience naming conventions, reusability standards, and expiration logic
Oversee consent management and opt-out suppression across systems
Maintain documentation of audience schemas, field definitions, and data transformations
Partner with analytics teams to measure audience performance and attribution
Regularly audit audience segments for performance, redundancy, and relevance
Report on audience adoption, volume, and impact to marketing and executive leadership
Must have:
5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, audience strategy, digital marketing, or CRM marketing
2-3 years of people management experience along with relevant experience
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), or customer data architecture
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SaaS organizations and business models
Preferred:
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), or customer data architecture.
Exposure to B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, or sales enablement platforms.
Basic understanding of SQL or data querying tools.
