**Marketing & Sales Performance Improvement**
+ Identify persisting performance gaps in markets with respect to sales volume and share.
+ Work with market MDs and Marketing & Sales functional leaders to identify root cause(s) for the gaps
+ Develop action plans for gap closure and lead implementation with help from local teams
+ Continue to consult with Market M&S leaders to ensure performance (post-improvement) is maintained
+ Provide leadership support for ASEAN Sales Operations Manager
**GTM for New Energy Vehicles**
+ Lead development of GTM strategy and overall execution framework for launching new energy vehicles in markets
+ Work with skill teams and markets to align on the strategy and run governance cadence leading to execution
+ Manage the overall execution of the GTM plan
**Modernizing Operations**
+ Work with appropriate IMG Skill teams and IT to modernize systems and processes in Marketing and Sales across ASEAN markets
+ Implementation of Salesforce (will involve significant heavy lifting since markets are not resourced to handle the planning and implementation workload)
+ Be the SME for ASEAN region and POV owner for implementation
**E-commerce**
+ Lead launch and expansion of ecommerce business stream across ASEAN markets.Work with IT, Ford Credit, and Markets to introduce convenient / alternate payment methods to improve customer experience and adoption
+ Provide SME support to markets on Demand Generation through targeted Digital Marketing and Lead Nurturing by developing innovative follow-ups and re-targeting processes

+ Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Management or related fields
+ At least 10-15 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in Automotive industry
+ Strong experience in a regional management role
+ Excellent command of English
