Overview **POSITION PURPOSE:** This role is responsible for support and issue resolution of all installation services, including the daily financial management of such services. You’ll be working with all levels within a fast paced and deadline driven organization. It’s important that you are available to provide after-hours support. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES:** 1. Monitor and manage Technician Productivity within the assigned market to ensure compliance with MasTec and Partner policies and procedures. 2. Monitor and manage key performance metrics, identifying trends and addressing issues such as service delays, repeat incidents, and unresolved tasks to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Communicate daily with the Resource Management department to ensure proper management of installation and service calendars. 4. Communicate daily with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that the proper equipment is available for installation needs. 5. Manage cost control programs as it pertains to Operations including monitoring fuel consumption, overtime management, and material handling. 6. Work closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure compliance with all MasTec vehicle policies and procedures. 7. Management and control of High Priority and VIP orders with detailed follow-up. 8. Work closely with Sub-partner principals and supervisors to ensure compliance with all MasTec and Partner policies and procedures. 9. Assist with coordination of corrective actions. 10. Coordinate with Operations and Safety staff, as needed, during building and weather-related emergencies. 11. Incorporates principles of teamwork with all organizational levels in the resolution, completion and follow-up of various responsibilities coach and mentor team members of varying levels of experience. 12. Participate in employee evaluations making recommendations for improvement and implement training initiatives for staff which includes ensuring training for promotional opportunities. 13. Ensure that employees are receiving the appropriate training required to be successful in their roles. 14. Ensure all new employees are equipped with the proper tools, identification, uniforms, shoes and communication devices. Verify all current employees are equipped with the same. 15. Perform Quality Inspections on a consistent basis and within the guidelines as directed by Service Line Management. Train, and/or up train employees on the standards of installation and service. Bring jobs up to specifications, if needed. 16. Inspect vehicles on a regular basis. Coordinate arrangements for required maintenance. 17. Provide continuous training for defensive driving and other safety related issues. 18. Investigate Motor Vehicle Accidents and/or Personal Injuries and file reports with Risk Management within the time frame directed by Service Line Management. 19. Submit and resolve all damage claims, to include negotiations with customers, filing reports, submitting check requests, obtaining release forms and submitted payroll deductions for the parties at fault. 20. Participate in operational meetings to promote communication and morale. 21. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Sarbanes-Oxley policies and procedures as they relate to the daily operation of the business. 22. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal and Company payroll policies and procedures. 23. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely submission of accurate and complete time records including all appropriate signatures and certifications. 24. Perform other projects and/or tasks as assigned and/or needed 25. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role **OTHER DUTIES:** + Adapt to shifting priorities and implement new processes as directed by the Director of Operations or senior leadership. + Uphold and promote ethical standards in all business operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. _INCUMBENTS ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL DUTIES OF THIS JOB_ **JOB SPECIFICATIONS** Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools) and daily collaboration using Microsoft Teams. + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Education Associate Degree/technical school equivalent OR combination of education/experience required. Experience + Minimum of two (2) years experience supervising people. Minimum of four (4) years supervisory experience may be substituted for previously stated education and experience. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITIES:** · Hire, train, coach, develop, and evaluate employees as assigned, utilizing performance management tools, customer feedback, and both individual and team observations. · Provide supervision to direct reports as assigned, ensuring departmental objectives are clearly communicated, actively monitored, and successfully achieved. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** Exempt Working Conditions Primarily office-based computer and managerial work, with occasional field visits required for oversight of high-priority tasks and audit checks. **Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
