The Digital Architecture team is looking a smart and savvy individual with a product-centric mindset who will strive to ensure efficient 0perations and frictionless governance for the PB&CB Architecture team.  The successful candidate loves being at the forefront of change and will make it their mission to ensure the operational excellence of governance practice used within PB&CB Architecture. They will also champion efforts to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing by hosting PB&CB Architecture chapter events based upon topics that are relevant and contextual to the PB&CB Architecture community.

What Will You Do

Own end-to-end enablement and execution of the PB&CB Architecture governance operating model including the ARB review process for PB&CB Architecture and other local ARBs as required.

Act as governance centre of excellence for all domains within PB&CB Architecture.

Perform management, scheduling and hosting duties for the PB&CB Architecture chapter event pipeline.

Perform centralized collection and tracking of ARB metrics, reusable components, patterns technical debt and other key artifacts.

Provide enthusiastic facilitation of architecture portfolio reviews, demo days and other collaborative rituals that build knowledge and awareness for team members and for partners of PB&CB Architecture.

Perform project/scrum support for delivery initiatives within Digital Architecture.

Leverage your creativity and passion for innovation to improve and advance the PB&CB Architecture governance model.

Partner with business and planning teams to ensure operational excellence for the Digital Architecture business office.

What You Need To Succeed

Must Have

3+ years of Product, Project and/or Business Analysis experience.

Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Sufficient technology know-how to talk to technical teams about technology and have a thoughtful point of view about potential solutions.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Good command of business acumen.

2+ years working with Confluence/Jira.

Nice To Have

Development experience with Tableau Desktop/Tableau Server, PowerBI or similar tools/platforms.

Good working knowledge and familiarity with architecture-related tools and processes (IIPM/LeanIX, TechScape, Athena, Collibra, Archer, etc)

Experience with architecture diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio, etc)
