Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager for Generative AI Engineering to lead our team of AI engineers in developing innovative generative AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing project execution and fostering team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of AI engineers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of generative AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define the AI roadmap and align team efforts with organizational goals.

• Technical Guidance: Provide expert insights on generative AI techniques and ensure best practices are followed.

• Resource Allocation: Manage team resources effectively, balancing project needs with individual development plans.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding generative AI initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and team capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors, Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related discipline.

• Experience: Total 10+ years of experience, At least 4 years in AI/ML roles with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial position.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of generative models and experience with machine learning frameworks.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience in agile methodologies.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
