Manager, Analytics
Overview: We are looking for a Pricing Manager who can blend data-driven rigor with strategic creativity to boost revenue across our advertising and software (SaaS) product lines for hospitality customers. You’ll be the go-to expert for pricing analytics, optimization recommendations, pricing discipline and SKU governance—partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our offerings are both competitive and profitable. In This Role, You Will: Core Focus Impact Develop & Optimize Pricing Strategy Leverage advanced analytics, AI-driven modeling, and market intelligence to set, test, and refine pricing for new and existing SKUs across advertising and SaaS portfolios. Own SKU Governance Establish a disciplined framework for SKU creation, lifecycle management, and bundling/discount policies, ensuring clarity across global teams. Lead Pricing Analytics Projects Drive high-visibility initiatives—from elasticity studies to willingness-to-pay research—delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Build Pricing Tools Design and maintain self-service dashboards, scenario models, and AI-assisted recommendation engines in SQL/Sigma/Tableau/Excel that scale with the business. Quarterly Pricing Reviews Produce concise, data-rich readouts on price performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities for executive stakeholders. Cross-Functional Partnership Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales Ops, Finance, and Marketing to align pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions. Here's What You Need: 8–10 years in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS / AdTech or Hospitality Tech. Experience in AI-augmented pricing frameworks—research-driven, hypothesis-led, and supported by LLM insights. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Sigma/Tableau, and Excel; ability to independently build complex pricing models. Proven ability to govern large, intricate SKU catalogs and execute pricing transformations at scale. At ease working with engineering and data science teams to build digital assets that support pricing workflows. Familiarity with CPQ systems for SKU management and pricing implementation; direct CPQ implementation experience is a plus but not required. Solid foundation in statistical and pricing methods—e.g., elasticity modeling, conjoint analysis, customer lifetime value (CLV). Strong communication and storytelling skills, with C-suite presence and the ability to translate data into persuasive narratives. Bachelor’s degree in economics, Math, Computer Science, or a quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
