We are looking for a Manager, Airports Transformation. The position will report to the Director, Airports Transformation.

The Manager, Airports Transformation oversees the management and execution of all assigned initiatives tied to the Airports 2030 vision.  Responsible for successfully delivering initiative work and establishing strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional working group members. Manages the planning, design, and implementation of improvement activities for their assigned workstream(s).  Ensures timelines, business requirements, risks, budget, resources and scope are managed according to initiative objectives. Creates a positive and collaborate environment for employees to foster lean thinking and resulting actions.  

Responsibilities\:

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading improvement initiatives and delivering measurable benefits, in a project management capacity.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives through execution.
Experience in airline or airport operations is considered a strong asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a project management focus.
Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and viewed as credible.
Strong project management capabilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to influence without authority and persuade others to action.
Experience driving process improvement / lean strategies across different areas and business processes.
Effective organizational skills and an aptitude for managing the pace of change.
Analytical skills and a passion for delivering results.
Familiar with Lean & Six Sigma Concepts 
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within Canada.
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment

* Drive the execution of the 2030 vision for Airports branch, ensuring alignment across a cross-functional working group (including IDD, CRE, Brand, and Finance) focused on delivering committed productivity, On-time performance (OTP), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) benefits.
Collaborate with business leaders to define project goals and align project objectives with vision priorities.
Translate business needs into clear project scopes, deliverables, and schedules, ensuring alignment with Lean principles and best practices.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects or workstreams within the Airport 2030 program, in coordination with IDD, CRE, and other key stakeholders, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, and schedules; coordinate team activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
Manage project lifecycle approvals, including initiation, charter development, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating working group sessions and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize and lead working group meetings, steering committee updates, and cross-functional workshops to ensure transparency and alignment.
Develop and present business cases and project status reports to support decision-making and secure necessary approvals.
Proactively identify project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as required to ensure timely resolution.
Oversee change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and improvements.
Ensure documentation of process changes and effective communication to all impacted stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement by integrating Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PM methodologies into project execution.
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive innovation and process enhancements.
Benchmark against industry best practices and incorporate relevant learnings into project plans and organizational processes.
Track project performance against goals, timelines, and financial targets; provide regular updates to senior management.
Maintain project documentation and databases to monitor progress, savings, and benefits realization.
Serve as a change agent to engage frontline teams in improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership to support organizational objectives.
