Data Acquisition and Strategy** + Understand business domains, data requirements, and key processes + Identify and extract suitable data sources (SQL, NoSQL) + Perform data quality checks and ensure data is fit for purpose + Apply data governance, management, and quality standards + Ensure data accessibility, scalability, and relevance for decision-making **3. Analytical Modeling** + Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, especially classification and regression + Build and evaluate models using logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, GBM, and other tree-based techniques + Apply forecasting methods to predict future business outcomes + Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature selection + Design and analyze experiments; provide actionable insights **4. Model Deployment and Assessment** + Deploy models to production ( _Good to have_ ); ensure scalability and sustainability + Evaluate models using ROC, RMSE, Chi-square, etc. **5. Coding and Testing** + Write and test code in Python, SQL, R, or similar languages + Use appropriate testing methods **6.
