We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Accounting Control.

Principal Responsibilities

Knowledge and experience of the MSS products, data flows and interactionsHandling end to end PL process within the MSS business for deals flow from trading system to data staging layer, to accounting engine and general ledgerIdentification and resolving production exceptions where possible and working closely with near-shore Product Control teams and offshore accounting control teams as and when required to resolved exceptionsReview results from near-shore and offshore team preparation (both daily and monthly)Responding to near-shore and offshore queriesProject management experience. Involvement in larger projects, reengineering and streamlining processes as part of the move to adopting a shared service centre model to achieve economies of scale and increased service qualityEnsure that there is full compliance with the Global Markets FIMIntegrity, conduct and performance against ethical standardsDocumented knowledge of the roleFacilitate automation of manual processes to improve productivityPrompt resolution of problem issues and management queries related to the relevant product lines
