**It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!** **Job Description Summary:** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** : + Manage day-to-day financial operations, analyze financial data and prepare financial reports of Philippines and Singapore Rocket Software entities in accordance with local GAAP + Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant and the company adheres to accounting and reporting policies and regulations + Work with Shared Service Centre Team in India to create, implement and maintain a system of internal controls + Liaise with auditors and tax advisors to prepare annual filings + Review and approve local payroll + Manage cash flow and ensure company has liquidity to pay its employees and vendors + Work closely with sales and AR teams to support Philippines customers and related compliance; approve sales orders + Perform special projects and analysis as needed, including possible acquisitions (analysis and integration) and optimize resources to ensure global Rocket standards are met **Required Qualifications:** + 10 years of financial and accounting experience + CPA qualification and Accounting degree + Good knowledge of US GAAP and strong technical accounting competencies + Experience preparing external financial statements in accordance with local GAAP + Software industry experience is highly valued + Previous experience in working for a US Head Quarter subsidiary + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a talented and capable team + Thrives in a fast-paced environment + Experience with ERP systems, database applications, and general ledger accounting software \#LI-AC-1 \#LI-Remote **Information Security:** Information security is everyone’s responsibility.
