Incentives This role will work a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office and two days from home plus ten work From anywhere days, in the U.S. only, provided annually. What You'll Do Participate in staff interviews and provide feedbackProvide staff training and development (technical accounting, accounting systems and other system applications, processes, communications)Participate in the constructive counseling process and development of performance improvement plansProviding insights on employee evaluationsAssigning, monitoring and adjusting workloads of the staffDeveloping and monitoring department KPIsOversight of settlement balance sheet account reconciliations and review of open items and significant items with the staffComplex client contract interpretation for Campus segmentTechnical complexities of the accounting system specifically around SCAS, client billing and client reportingUnderstanding the technical SCAS requirements and impact on fiscal results and client billingInternal control processes and procedures What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
