Manager, Account Management, Sourcing & Inbound Program, Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI)
Description Amazon is looking for an Account Management team leader, to take charge of building and managing a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists. and this role reports to the Head of Sales and Business Development of SIP. As team leader, you will own the growth and sales plans for vendor inventory sourcing and inbound programs including import and domestic. Inventory sourcing programs are vital to the Amazon flywheel, in creating the best Selling-Partner experience, lowering cost structures, and in ensuring we have the right Selection in the right locations to serve Amazon customers. Your role as leader will consist of leading the sales and account management organization for a major product category; also known as Product Family. You will own and define the sales plans, set targets that impact Amazon Japan retail as a whole, and be accountable to guide your team through delivering growth results. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate commercial leader to join a growing organization, and to own the roadmap for growing Japan inventory sourcing for sourcing optimization of Vendor. SIP(Sourcing & Inbound Program) TeamではSales、BDをリードするTeam Leaderを求めています。当該Rollにおいては、AmazonのRetail Vendorに対して最適なSourcing, inbound Programを提供するActivityをリードして頂きます。VendorのSupply Chain, Logistics関連の課題に対してAmazonが開発したProgramを提供していくことでSourcing Optimizationを実現していきます。主に海外からの輸入プログラムと、国内における在庫・物流最適化を担うInbound ProgramをPF(Product Family)と連携をして提案をしていきます。予算・Pipeline管理、管理メカニズムの構築を通じて目標達成に向けチームをドライブして頂きます。主に新規のVendor Onboard、既存VendorのAccount managementがありますが、Program改善やより最適なTool導入にも関わって頂くことが出来ます。 To be successful in this role, you will need: - Expertise in Account and Sales Management, - People management and team leadership experience - Strong relationship and influencing skills - Experience with managing sales targets, account P&Ls - Communicating and earning trust with senior stakeholders This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team with strong focus on work-life harmony, be part of building Amazon’s Day 1 Culture, and to positively impact the lives of customers.
