About the OpportunityAs a Project Management Trainee, you will support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. You will help coordinate project activities, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
This role offers hands-on experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, while also contributing to business intelligence through performance reviews, data analysis, contribution margin analysis, and dashboard management. You will also lead or support the development of tools to improve productivity and efficiency metrics.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support
Assist project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate project meetings, document minutes and action items
Track and communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Contribute to refining project management processes and best practices
Data Analysis & MIS Support
Provide analytical and MIS support through business performance reviews and data insights
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools
Conduct contribution margin analysis and monitor key metrics
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data and reporting needs
Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Process Improvement
Identify and implement enhancements to data collection, processing, and reporting processes
Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency of data-related operations and tools
What Excites UsMaster’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or Engineering)
Proven experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or business support functions
Proficiency with project/program management tools and platforms
Strong skills in Google Suite, Excel, and dashboard creation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
Experience with database management or data warehousing is a plus
