• Self-initiated in Management Trainee Program
Management trainee must be energetic, hardworking and possess an ability to learn quickly and act with minimal supervision. Active participate in the MT program to go through a year learning the fundamental aspects of what works to make Expeditors one of the largest premier customer-focused logistics organization in the industry. Working through, by, and with local, and regional leaders in all GEOs, MTs gain critical on-the-job experience while learning basic management, organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications
• Master graduate or University graduate with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
