Job Summary:

Cultivate future core talents with comprehensive abilities for the enterprise. These management trainees will receive systematic training in multiple key positions such as production, quality control, engineering, procurement, and the warehouse. Through the experience gained from working in multiple positions, management trainees can have a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise's operations, accumulate rich practical experience, improve their comprehensive qualities, and lay a solid foundation for assuming important management responsibilities or serving as technical backbones in the enterprise in the future. They will grow into the backbone force driving the development of the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Production Process Learning and Operation：Rotate through various production workshops to gain in - depth exposure. Comprehensively understand the complete production process, from the input of raw materials to the output of finished products. Also, learn the operating procedures of various production equipment.Assistance in Production Site Management：Assist production supervisors in the initial implementation of production scheduling. Participate in the 5S management work at the production site and promptly report any abnormal situations during the production process.Learning and Implementing Quality Standards：Systematically study the company's quality control system and various product quality standards, including inspection specifications for raw materials, semi - finished products, and finished products. Study product drawings to understand product structures, performance, and technical requirements. Learn about quality inspection tools and methods, such as calipers, micrometers, and hardness testers.Analysis and Resolution of Quality Issues：Assist the quality control team in analyzing the causes of non - compliant products. Use means such as data statistics and on - site investigations to identify the root causes of quality problems. Participate in formulating and implementing quality improvement measures, track the improvement effectiveness, and ensure continuous improvement of product quality.Learning and Rotating Through Key Positions：Conduct in - depth study and practical operation in different operation positions, such as procurement, production, warehousing, quality control, data analysis, and project management. Familiarize yourself with operation processes and methods, and continuously optimize operation processes and standardize operations.
