Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will restructure current curricula so that training is delivered to Sailors only when needed over a career continuum for their currently assigned job(s). You will increase availability of training and reduce the need to remove Sailors from their units to attend traditional classroom style courses. You will review all initial skills training courses to modernize as much curricula as is feasible. You will plan, direct and administer the operation and analysis of RESFOR RRL efforts as the subject matter expert in administrative matters and processes associated with the tracking, scheduling and funding. You will management and execution of orders and funding for attendees, and for the secondary evaluation, analysis and review of RRL ratings. You will maintain current rating snapshots showing attendance timelines and required learning modules along with actual and projected student throughput numbers for each rating. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience gathering and evaluating management data, analyzing complex issues regarding efficiency and effectiveness of ready, relevant, and liaison (RRL) programs, drawing sound conclusions and making recommendations. Experience implementing and/or administering new training and readiness programs or processes realized through the RRL process. Experience implementing a range of administrative policies, regulations, programs and precedents applicable to the administration of the RRL program. Experience utilizing the Navy Reserve Order Writing System (NROWS), enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS), Defense Travel System (DTS) and Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) information systems. Experience implementing Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Experience implementing Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) curriculum development, Rating Domain Analysis, Content Reengineering, Media and Fidelity Analysis, Content maintenance principles, policies, and procedures. Education There is no education substitution for a GS-0343-12 Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
