Management Analyst
**Job Family** **:** Research Analyst (Digital) **Travel Required** **:** None **Clearance Required** **:** Ability to Obtain Public Trust **What You Will Do** **:** We are currently searching for a Management Analyst to provide the Strategic Resources Office with a generalist to provide support in various areas including mentoring program, onboarding, orientation, training, employee engagement; assist with tracking assignments; documenting policies and procedures; Assist in establishing protocols and maintains organization of MS Team files; and supports event logistics. This opportunity is full-time, and it is on site in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities: + Prepare business process reviews, studies, and reports on efficiency. + Facilitate business process improvement activities, to include documenting as-is processes, gathering to-be requirements and validating capture with staff. + Develop procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness of administrative controls and systems. + Conduct assessments of standard operating procedures (SOP) and prepares recommendations for improvement. + Coordinate with other senior management analysts to review and standardize practices and procedures to ensure consistency of quality and outcomes. + Conduct in-depth analysis of all facets of operations, document areas for improvement, research improvement methodologies and recommend course of action. + Analyze information requirements to develop reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. + Assist researching and preparing program and operational strategies and implementation plans. + Conduct studies and assessment and report findings with recommendations + Document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes. + Assess business strategies and operating plans for consistency with variety of institutional, governmental and industry standards and best practices and draft reports for upper management. + Prepare detailed reports based on research and findings and present at meetings and briefings. + Draft policy documentation for review by upper management. + Assist staff prepare briefing and presentation materials for presentation at meetings. + Capture meeting minutes and prepare final documentation for distribution to participants. + Draft reports for review and discussion at working groups and meetings. + Document performance shortfalls and recommend corrective actions. + With assistance from data analysts, write queries and packages to conduct deep analysis of business data and prepare advanced reports and technical findings documentation. **What You Will Need** **:** + Bachelor’s Degree in either Business, Public Administration or Management + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business consulting + Experience assisting program managers in preparing annual budgets based on historical and estimated future spending. + Experience conduct assessments of standard operating procedures (SOP) + Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
