Your role:
As a Management Accountant, you will work independently to coordinate and monitor integrative processes within the finance department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide internal customers with high-quality, accurate, and timely financial data and reports that enable informed business decisions. You will monitor and analyze sales and cost of goods sold, prepare financial statements (P&L) for the regional subsidiaries of Group, and perform various financial analysis tasks.
In this role, you will provide informal guidance and support to stakeholders, focusing on cost accounting and profitability analysis for assigned entities. You will also assist local finance and controlling units, ensuring the maintenance of a cost allocation structure that adheres to all relevant global guidelines and integrity constraints. Additionally, you will actively participate in period-end closing procedures (MEC, QEC, YEC) and reports, in line with internal standards and guidelines, while supporting the yearly planning process. A key goal will be the continuous harmonization and optimization of processes, including support for ERP implementation projects and other internal initiatives within the team and across the Shared Service Center (SSC).
Who you are:
University degree in Accountancy or related discipline 3 years of experience in accounting/finance/controlling/financial analysis Knowledge of cost accounting and profitability analysis, understanding of financial statementsSAP knowledge (SAP S/4, COPA module is an advantage) and Excel skillsStrong quantitative, analytical mindsetTeam player, quick learner, and able to adapt to changeCustomer-oriented with good presentation and communication skillsFluent English language skills
