Contribution to the adaptation of Controlling department to the increased business requirement, to increase presence in the day-to-day operation and to increase efficiency of the controlling function within the plant.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Participate in forecasting, budgeting and month end close preparation
· Maintain records of Capex analysis, and support peer departments on Capex related issues
· Maintain records in HFM in terms of all scenarios (i.e. forecast, budget, actual, possible scenarios)
· Participate in weekly trend analysis preparation
· Audit documentation on monthly base, follow up any carry out testing
· Standard price calculation
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
· Preparation of accruals and manual journal entries
· Creation of daily KPI projection reports
EXPECTATIONS:
· College, university degree in finance/controlling
· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
· High level of computer proficiency especially in MS Excel
· Good analytical skill, controlling mindset and structural thinking
-SAP experience
· Good communication skill
· Self-driven personality coupled with developed problem-solving skills and motivation for teamworking.
· Fluent English and Hungarian both verbally and in writing
