The Managed Services Workday Technical Sr. Associate will contribute to the delivery of managed services for our Workday clients. This position requires providing support to the managed services team, addressing client concerns, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Workday technical aspects and Workday HCM/ERP, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and exhibit a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues. 

Provide support to the Workday-managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. 

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. 

Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients. 

Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. 

Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in technical, math, engineering, computer science, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience 

Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration 

Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design 

Substantial and measurable delivery within the technical and reporting workstreams during implementations or production support 

Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis 

Preferred Skills & Experience 

Must have extensive building and troubleshooting of Studio experience 

Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification 

4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations, using the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect 

4+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various tools from simple to complex reports and experience with enterprise reporting tools 

Strong understanding of HCM/ERP functional processes 

Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model 

Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions 

Excellent time-management and prioritization skills 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design 

Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies 

Preferred Skills 

Hands-On experience with Extend 

Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality 

Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. 

The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
