BRAND RETAIL EXPERIENCE MANAGER CZ,SK

 

Are you passionate about driving brand experiences and retail strategies? We are looking for a dynamic Brand Retail Experience Manager to lead our efforts in the Cluster (Czech Republic and Slovakia). This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our brand retail experience, ensuring impactful communication and engagement in our stores.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Prepare and execute plans to enhance communication and engagement in retail stores, driving traffic and customer experience.Deploy innovative concepts to drive product choice, conversion, and retention, supporting brand activation and communication.Ensure the proper look and feel of newly opened stores, aligning with brand guidelines and category strategy.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CX, Legal, Finance, and Field Force teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.Build and realize impactful brand experience concepts across multiple channels, monitoring and analyzing their effectiveness.Review local consumer trends and contribute to the global brand retail team.Build strong relationships with business partners and agencies to drive superior brand experiences and innovative concepts.Negotiate project scopes and manage budgets for brand retail activations.Lead and develop direct reports, ensuring their professional growth and development.

 

Skills and Competencies:

 

University degree preferably in Marketing and/or Sales.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales, preferably in FMCG/PMI or agencies, with a focus on Trade Marketing, Brand Engagement, or Brand Management.Project Management: Proven ability to lead diverse cross-category teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Creative thinking and a drive for innovation.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
