Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and health regulations in caregiving practices.
