Description and Requirements Main ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end responsible for IT major incident management: coordinate support resources from related teams and push major incident to resolution ASAP. Manage executive communication during issue troubling shooting.Conduct Fupan (After-action review meeting) on major incidents: drive related support teams to deep dive for root cause and identify preventative/improve action plan.Create/Update/Consolidate knowledge documents to enrich team knowledge base.Be responsible to prepare all kinds of major incident reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.), timely update and close loop management.Take mentor role to help new staff quickly involved in working environment and get started with daily work.Leverage IT intelligent operation tools and platform, identify major incident mgmt. opportunity and realize it.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, or science/engineering-related majors)2–3 years of work experience (experience in IT operations is preferred)Experience with IT infrastructure (network/server/database) or IT application operations is a plusAdvanced level of EnglishITIL certification or relevant hands-on experience is preferredWell-organized and logical thinker with strong communication skillsAble to perform well under pressureResponsible and a strong team player
