Major Accounts Segment Leader

The Major Accounts Segment Leader (MSL) role is focused on Chubb’s commitment to manage and grow our Major Accounts segment by aligning internal resources to provide exceptional overall service to Chubb key clients and brokers in the Midwest, which includes 5 Branches and 7 States.   As a main point of contact for our broker base and well as large customers, and as the driver of opportunities for all applicable product lines, this role demonstrates Chubb’s commitment to deploy its global coverage and risk management capabilities to meet the specialized needs of large global customers. This approach, blending external client engagement with Chubb’s vast array of product capability leads to an exciting and fulfilling role as a Major Account Segment Leader.

7 plus year’s insurance industry experience; preferably in a national accounts underwriting or brokerage capacity (though not required) with good client/broker interaction experienceUndergraduate degree required Excellent sales/marketing, relationship management and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to people and process in pursuit of business objectives Strong computer skills; working knowledge of Excel requiredSalary grade and job title depend upon experience. 

 

The pay range for the role is $107,300 to $182,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
