Context & Main Purpose of Job
The job holder will be the point person in MAG Business of North Mindanao. Ensures proper execution of MAG activities such as promo activations and perfect store coverage.
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
Ensure regular customer engagement through strategic visits to further build business and relationships.Ensure execution of perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, elevated visibility & merchandising, and effective & exciting activations.Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.Ensuring successful new store openings by making Selecta Ice Cream brands stand out inside the store.Work closely with MAE lead to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.Manages customer profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.Qualifications
