Major Account Manager for Construction Industry

In this position, you will be in charge of sales for the construction industry. **Your Impact** We proudly hold a very high market share in these markets and support our customers’ digital transformation from a security perspective. Our core sales approach involves making proposals and negotiating contracts directly with executives and decision-makers. You will engage with end users, provide sales support to related partners, and handle post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal teams—such as product sales and marketing—to enhance market awareness and create new business opportunities in your assigned territory. **Required Experience (Your Experience)** + 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry (experience in the security industry is not required; sales experience in software, hardware, or SIers is acceptable) + 3+ years of corporate sales experience targeting the construction industry + Experience in the security industry (preferred) **Desired Qualities** + Strong communication and self-management skills + English reading and writing proficiency + Ability to build relationships and develop accounts, including at the executive level + Ability to develop account strategies using logical thinking + Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams (across different product lines) to drive proposals forward + Team-building skills and initiative to lead projects **Ideal Candidate Profile** + Highly motivated for achievement and personal growth, with strong potential for career advancement + Flexible and adaptable to change, and able to enjoy working in such an environment + Eager to build a career in an exciting environment where the company is experiencing rapid growth **The Team** You will be part of the Major Accounts Sales Division, responsible for both new business development and account management for large enterprise customers.
