Our client, in Omaha NE, is a leading manufacturer in the industrial equipment sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Senior Technician
Location: Omaha NE
Pay Range: Up to $32/hr DOE

What’s the Job?

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using advanced diagnostic tools Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment Utilize SAP and CMMS systems to manage work orders and document maintenance activities Support training of equipment operators in basic maintenance and inspection procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using TPM and Lean methodologiesWhat’s Needed? High School Diploma with 7+ years, Associate’s with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s with 2+ years of manufacturing experience Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring (480V) Proficiency in reading blueprints and using diagnostic tools (amp meter, megger, etc.) Familiarity with NFPA 70/70E, OSHA standards, and Arc Flash safety practices Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and computerized maintenance systems
