Does related work as required. The preferred hiring range for a Maintenance Worker III is between $20.45 - $25.14 an hour Hourly. ($42,536.00 - $52,291.20 Annually). Essential Responsibilities and Duties + Responsible for facilities, grounds and City infrastructure maintenance functions; + May have a lead role or be responsible for construction and maintenance projects; + Performs repairs and completes maintenance assignments; + May be exposed to or required to use chemicals in general maintenance responsibilities; + May serve in a lead role in skilled work and the use of hand tools and maintenance equipment; + Operates hand tools and power equipment associated with custodial, construction and maintenance operations; + Operates vehicles as required; + Must have the willingness and flexibility to work as a member of one or several teams or independently to complete assigned tasks; + Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Experience and Skills Minimum Qualifications: + Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
