RESPONSIBILITY：
1.工装模治夹具及其附属设施的巡检，保养，异常维修，对不能及时或无力处理的问题报告直属主管；
2.监督指导操作工按操作规程和相关规定对模具进行保养和使用，并做好维护保养记录；3.负责工装模具材料/配（备）件申报，做好消耗原始记录并进行妥善地保养和保管；
4.车/磨/铣/刨/焊等传统机加工设备的操作及工件加工，线切割设备的操作及日常维护；
5.严格遵守5S管理要求，保持工作场所的清洁卫生，工装夹具的归类/合理放置；
6.协同机修工进行设备的保养及检修。

REQUIREMENT
1.中专及以上学历，模具或机械相关专业；
2.具备基本的模具理论知识，能看懂产品或模具图纸；
3.能熟练操作车/铣/磨/钻床等相关模具加工设备，对常见的五金冲压模具有一定的加工制作和丰富的维修经验；
4.能参与现场模具及设备维护，适应晚班及节假日调班/加班，工作责任心强，职业素养良好。
