What will you do? Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks. Plumbing work includes opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs. Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods. Receive maintenance reports and work with management to resolve issues listed on the reports. Ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping the maintenance room in neat condition. More about you Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facilities required. Previous experience with general machinery preferred. Must possess a high level of self-confidence. Must possess a cooperative work attitude. Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory. Strong communication skills, including listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements Frequent walking or standing throughout the venue for the entire length of the shift. Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways. Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 75+ pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season. May be required to work in elevated areas. May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
