As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance both inside and outside of the facility to maintain a safe environment. What will you do?Load and unload trucks, operate various vehicles and equipment, and handle tools for maintenance and grounds-keeping tasks Maintain facility grounds and assigned areas, performing duties such as snow removal, landscaping, painting, and general upkeep Receive and deliver supplies and products, ensuring timely and accurate handling across departments Perform basic repairs, including electrical and plumbing work, and operate power tools safely and efficiently Document work orders and provide daily reports, supporting communication and accountability across maintenance operationsOperate a motor vehicle when necessary  Must have a valid driver's licensePass a drug screen and MVR

More about youHigh school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of related experience preferred General knowledge of the use of simple equipment in building trades Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and calculating square footage and other figurations Ability to maintain a current motor vehicle license, a West Virginia Racing Commission license, and a current operator's certificate for Man-Lift, Powered Industrial Truck Training Must have a valid driver's licensePass a drug screen and MVR
