Workplace Arrangement:
Role Description: Responsible and punctual welder skilled in MIG/TIG stainless steel welding, interpreting blueprints and drawings, and operating forklifts, overhead cranes. Knowledgeable self-starter, with very little supervision need and capable/proficient in handling small hand tools like angle grinder/cutoff wheels, sanders, drills, sandblasting and color cleaning equipment and other various tools, all while maintaining proper safety standards at all times. Consider, you will be working alongside senior fabricators.

1. Primary is welder/fabricator
2. Carefully, meticulously, without errors, fill parts orders to be shipped all over the world.
3. Inventory control, order parts/supplies when needed. Keep accountability of parts.
4. Computer skills, enter project hours, for you and your team. Enter pick ticket parts inventory towards projects.
Thorough and safety focused professional, dedicated to cutting costs without sacrificing project quality and completing jobs on time.
Hardworking and reliable with strong ability to self-manage, inquisitive, and will ask questions if he/she does not understand something.
Offering adaptability/improvise, problem solving and attentiveness. Highly organized, proactive and punctual with team-oriented mentality.
Ambitious, available to work long hours, sometime weekends, occasional travel, work smarter not harder attitude.

Qualifications and skillsEducation and training.
- GED, and preferably technical college welding certificate
Prefer 1-3 years' experience in MIG/TIG stainless steel welding. Entry level ok.The typical hiring range for this role is $20 to $25 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
