· In this role, you will lead and maintain the overall training activities of the production area.

· You will monitor performance and provide coaching to trainees for continuous development for the team.

· You will drive training objectives in the maintenance area.

· You will operate and/or oversee the training processes including but not limited to machine repairs and concerns.

· You will develop and train to procedures related to Maintenance tasks.

· You will train employees to procedures and obtain training signoffs.

· You will manage training documentation for Maintenance department.

· You will be responsible for equipment rebuilds.

· You will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain mechanical equipment & systems.

· You will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies business needs.

· You will ensure all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed.

· You will maintain and updates control documents.

· You will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems.

· You will complete additional tasks as assigned.
