Job Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aeronautic equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctioning components. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures. Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs for reporting purposes. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve maintenance practices and equipment reliability. Conduct inspections and tests on aeronautic systems to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the planning and implementation of projects related to maintenance improvement. Help in training junior technicians and new hires on best practices and safety protocols. Essential Qualifications: Proficient technical skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of aeronautical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Desired Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in aeronautical maintenance.
