**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with strong experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and possess a journeyman's card or an associate's degree/certification. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring smooth operations within our facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform industrial electricity tasks, including troubleshooting from wiring diagrams and blueprints.
+ Apply general electric knowledge by installing conduit, outlets, and more.
+ Troubleshoot electrical mechanical motor controls and hydraulic circuits.
+ Possess basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude for maintaining mechanical drive systems, such as gears, sprockets, chains, belts, bearings, and rollers.
+ Utilize general fabrication skills, including welding, torching, machining, piping, and threading.
+ Conduct repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and systems.
+ Assist in advanced levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the plant.
+ Maintain accurate preventative maintenance records.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in repair and preventive maintenance, with specific skills in pneumatics and hydraulics.
+ Experience with troubleshooting presses, machine repair, hand tools, and blueprints.
+ Knowledge of conveyors, injection molding machines, and 480v electrical systems.
+ Competence in maintenance repair, electrical maintenance, and schematic interpretation.
+ Expertise in industrial maintenance, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
