The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of the plants’ manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. What we’d like you to bring to the position: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus. + 2+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and PLCs. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. + Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
