We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors to join our team, specifically in the Coconut Creek area. MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE. Position Overview: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general property maintenance and repairs, with a focus on household appliances, HVAC systems, and electrical work. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: + Inspect, diagnose, and repair household appliances, HVAC systems, and electrical components. + Perform routine property maintenance, preventative upkeep, and emergency repairs. + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and property management standards. + Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management in a timely manner. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Communicate or coordinate with 3rd party technicians/vendors. + Collaborate with property management staff to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
