**Position: Maintenance Technician III**
**Location: Onsite – Monday to Friday**
**Employment Type: Full-time**
**Salary: $72,800.00-$87,360.00**

We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician III** to take on a wide range of responsibilities in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, facility systems, and building structures. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations and workplace safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform advanced maintenance tasks on production machinery, facility systems, and building infrastructure
+ Create work instructions and help establish preventive maintenance procedures
+ Safely operate a wide range of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment such as multimeters
+ Utilize computer systems effectively for maintenance tracking and documentation
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
+ Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for specialized services
+ Manage parts purchasing and inventory control
+ Support training initiatives for maintenance staff and equipment operators on maintenance practices
+ Plan and schedule both preventive and reactive maintenance work, prioritizing tasks based on operational needs
+ Collaborate with management to anticipate and address equipment needs and potential issues
+ Inspect, diagnose, repair, and adjust equipment to restore proper function
+ Identify and report defective materials, faulty operations, or equipment concerns
+ Measure and evaluate parts for wear, misalignment, or damage
+ Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform scheduled maintenance during downtime
+ Carry out facility repairs such as patching drywall, plaster, and painting as needed
+ Occasional use of personal vehicle for work-related tasks may be required
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education
+ Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and general maintenance processes
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
+ Proficient in using math skills including fractions, decimals, and unit conversions
+ Ability to interpret technical documentation such as safety standards, operating manuals, and repair instructions
+ Competence in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
**Education**
+ Associate or Technical degree in a related field preferred
