What you will be doing (1st shift):

Coordinates and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and mechanical systemsSchedules and coordinates repair, modification and preventive maintenance operationsOversees location Contractor Safety ProgramOversees location's Process Safety Mechanical Integrity ProgramAssists in the development and review of standard operating proceduresParticipates in HAZOPs and FMEAsLocation liaison with corporate process safety groupOversees and/or performs new equipment installationsUtilizes hand and portable power tools and follows safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenanceMay provide advice to management regarding equipment life and usage and in researching new equipment purchasesEnsures operations technicians understand and follow safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenanceCoordinates and oversees the movement of materials and equipment as requiredParticipate in Sixth Sigma ProjectsOther duties as defined
